Exchange Policy
Products purchased online or in-store can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
- A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and have original tags intact.
- The product will be inspected by our team for exchange approval.
- You can choose a new item in exchange. If there is a price difference, it will be adjusted accordingly based on the price paid at purchase.
Online Orders – Exchange Process
If your order was delivered through Lumeno.pk, please follow these steps:
- Email us at sales@lumeno.pk within 30 days of receiving the product.
- Attach clear images of the product if it is defective or incorrect.
- Our customer care team will verify your request and call you for confirmation.
- If approved, a TCS or Call Courier rider will collect the item.
- Upon successful inspection at our warehouse, a coupon code equal to the item’s value will be issued. This can be used on your next online purchase at Lumeno.pk.
This process may take up to 7 business days.
Alternatively, you may drop off the product at your nearest TCS or Call Courier location and contact us at +92 317 1823005 to coordinate the return.
Note: Pickup charges for defective items will be covered by Lumeno.pk.
Refund Policy
- Cash refunds are not offered under any circumstances.
- For accepted returns or defective items, a coupon code will be issued.
- The coupon can be used for a future purchase and is valid 15 days after issuance.
- Coupons are subject to expiry, so please use them before the expiration date.
Note: Products purchased during sales or promotions are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or damaged delivery.
Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order before it is processed. Once your order has been dispatched, our standard exchange policy applies.
- A shipping confirmation email will be sent with tracking details once your order is shipped.
- After shipment, orders cannot be canceled.
Lumeno.pk reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
- The item being out of stock
- Pricing or listing errors
- Payment failure or declined transaction
