RETURN POLICY

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, we will offer a full refund or replacement. You may also return a product if you’ve changed your mind, provided the following conditions are met:

Return Conditions:

  • Item must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Return request must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Include proof of purchase or order number with the return.
  • Customer will bear the return shipping cost unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Take clear pictures of the product (especially if it’s damaged or incorrect).
  2. Email us at sales@lumeno.pk or message us on WhatsApp at +92 317 1823005.
  3. Mention:
    • Order Number
    • Reason for return
    • Product name(s)
    • Attach product photos
  4. Carefully pack the product in its original packaging with the seal intact.
  5. Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will issue you a discount coupon/voucher equal to the item’s value (shipping excluded).

EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer a 7-day exchange for products, as a goodwill gesture, under the following conditions:

Exchange Conditions:

  • Product must be unused and sealed in its original packaging.
  • Packaging must not be tampered with.
  • Exchanges apply only if the product is not from a sale or promotional offer.

Note: Items bought during a sale cannot be exchanged or returned unless the product received is incorrect.

How to Exchange an Item:

  2. Mention:
    • Order number
    • Item(s) you want to exchange
    • Reason for exchange
  3. Once verified, we will dispatch the replacement item to your address.
  4. You will need to cover any applicable shipping charges for exchange.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Orders are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days.
  • Cancellations can only be accepted if your order hasn’t been shipped.
  • Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled.
